Choose a recommended 3 to 5 night stay at $199 USD per night for two adults + $75 USD for each additional guest per stay. Book your own flights; our team coordinates pickup from Belize City and your stay.

03 Stay. Explore. Imagine.

Stay at The Elements, tour the residences and enjoy a complimentary guided tour of the Placencia Peninsula. Explore what owning here could look like.

We recommend a 3 to 5 night stay. Accommodation is coordinated directly by The Elements, and eligible accommodation costs can be deducted from the sale price if you move forward with a purchase.

How Your $5,000 Deposit* Works.

Reserve your Fly & Buy stay with a $5,000 USD deposit*. Your accommodation cost is based on the number of nights and guests. The deposit is then handled differently depending on whether you purchase.

01 Reserve Your Visit

Pay a $5,000 USD deposit* after your dates and stay details have been confirmed with your agent.

02 If You Purchase

The $5,000 USD deposit* can be applied toward your residence purchase price, subject to the purchase agreement.

03 If You Don't Purchase

Your accommodation charges are deducted from the deposit and the remaining balance is refunded, subject to the booking terms.
